Service OverviewDelivered as a capability, not a catalogue
Most of the infrastructure Africa will use this decade already exists; the question is what condition it will be in. We rehabilitate and modernise plants, equipment and institutional facilities, extending asset life and restoring capacity at a fraction of replacement cost.
- 01Replacement is not the only answer to ageing assets, and it is rarely the affordable one. Much of the capacity institutions and industries need is already installed; it is simply tired, obsolete in places, or held back by constraints that engineering can remove.
- 02Modernisation treats the existing estate as capital to be recovered: assessed honestly, rehabilitated where viable, re-equipped where necessary and automated where it pays, so facilities return to reliable service for a fraction of new-build cost.
