Since its incorporation in May 1985 as Beautiful Creations Limited, the business has evolved into BC Group Africa, with expertise spanning financing, planning, design, construction, technology integration, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and long-term operational support. By bringing together multidisciplinary expertise under one accountable organisation, BC Group Africa delivers complete project solutions from concept through commissioning and lifecycle support.
Operating through its specialist companies, BC Medicals, BC Industries, BC Pharmaceuticals, BC Scientific, BC Infrastructure & Utilities, BC Hospitality, BC Digital Solutions and BC Education & Technology, the Group combines engineering excellence, global technologies and professional services to meet the evolving needs of governments, healthcare providers, educational institutions, research organisations, industries and development partners.
