Teaching Aid Department

BC Medicals equips this department across its functional areas: lecture halls and demonstration rooms, anatomy laboratories, skills and simulation labs, CPR and resuscitation training rooms, ultrasound and POCUS training suites, biomedical engineering training workshops, e-learning studios, presentation and conference rooms, audio-visual control rooms, and assessment and evaluation areas.

Our portfolio covers high- and low-fidelity patient simulation manikins, task trainers, anatomical models and skeletons, surgical training systems, OSCE assessment kits, CPR and ACLS manikins with feedback, ultrasound training phantoms, biomedical equipment training simulators, interactive smart boards, multimedia projectors, document cameras, lecture-capture systems, video conferencing platforms, and AV control infrastructure.

Each item is selected to make hands-on practice safe, repeatable, and measurable — so trainees develop real clinical competence before they ever touch a patient.
