The programme

Agenda 111 encompasses the development and operationalisation of 111 hospitals and healthcare facilities across Ghana: a transformational investment in national healthcare infrastructure and long-term health outcomes.

Operationalising facilities at this scale requires more than construction: every hospital must be equipped, tested, commissioned and staffed with teams trained on the equipment they will use.

Our role

BC Medicals was contracted for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of medical equipment for selected Agenda 111 facilities: equipment deployment, installation, acceptance testing, user training and the technical support required for operational readiness.

The engagement draws on the group’s multidisciplinary delivery capability: biomedical engineers, project managers, logistics specialists and technical support personnel operating as one team from planning through handover.

Delivery at pace

Having completed equipment supply activities at selected sites, the team built direct familiarity with the programme’s operational requirements, implementation standards and stakeholder coordination processes.

That readiness is best captured by a client: three district hospitals were equipped within three days.

What it demonstrates

National-programme delivery demands exactly what the group was built for: certified equipment supply at scale, disciplined installation and commissioning, structured training, and coordination across government stakeholders, sites and timelines.

The same delivery system (finance, plan, design, build, equip, commission, support) stands behind every Beautiful Creations engagement, from a single department upgrade to a national programme.

“Their ability to equip three district hospitals under the Agenda 111 project within just three days reflects an impressive level of readiness, coordination, and dedication to strengthening healthcare delivery in Ghana.”
